Mosquito Trap

Mosquitoes are a pain in the neck (and the ankle and the forehead) But they’re also a huge problem. The WHO estimates that malaria causes 655,000 deaths every year, and mosquitoes spread other nasty diseases, too. So we’ve got to do something about them!

But what? Mosquitoes are tough to trap, even with the most sophisticated mosquito traps around. It’s not just because they move fast (though they do). It’s because they have a tiny brain and can only focus on one thing at a time.

So how do you catch a mosquito? Mosquitoes are a notoriously tough nut to crack. They can breed in just about anything that holds water, and their larvae can develop into adults within a matter of days—and once they’re adults, it’s hard to stop them from biting you.

That’s why we need the In2Care® Mosquito Trap: so you could keep your yard mosquito-free.

How it works

The In2Care® Mosquito Trap uses a revolutionary approach to killing off mosquito populations in an eco-friendly way—by turning mosquitoes against themselves. When a mosquito lands on the trap or enters it, it brings with it a unique “cocktail” of insecticides that are designed to kill off its fellow mosquitoes over the course of days. The In2Care® Mosquito Trap has been proven effective in the field by reducing mosquito populations.

The patented In2Care® Mosquito Trap provides an attractive breeding site for egg-laying Aedes mosquitoes. When a mosquito enters the trap she lands near the water on the floater gauze that binds two actives. The first is a growth regulator that kills the mosquito larvae in the trap and in surrounding breeding sites. The second active is a biological fungus that weakens the mosquito, prevents virus development, and kills the mosquito before she can transmit diseases.

So join us in fighting back against these deadly pests with our new In2Care® Mosquito Trap!

And if you have kids or pets running around outside? No worries! The In2Care® Mosquito Trap is totally kid-friendly and pet-friendly.
